About the Internship:

The Construction Project Management Intern will support ongoing real estate development and construction initiatives by assisting with scheduling, vendor coordination, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Support job site visits and prepare meeting notes and status updates.
• Assist in processing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate construction documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.
