
Digital Marketer
Role: Social Media Editors / Content Creators (UGC) / Visual Artist / Illustrator / Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and publish engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts)
- Stay on top of trends and craft memeable, shareable media
- Plan and manage weekly content calendars across platforms
- Drive audience growth, follower engagement, and analytics tracking
- Design cover art, posters, merchandise, and branding materials
- Work closely with the music and marketing teams to bring visuals to life
- Iterate on creative direction with mood boards and drafts
Skills Required: - Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot)
- Familiarity with IG/TikTok/YT algorithms
- Copywriting, trend scouting, meme literacy
- Proficiency in digital illustration (Procreate, Adobe Illustrator)
- Ability to work on briefs and pitch visual ideas
- Understanding of aesthetic trends in music/art
Bonus: - Marketing major or prior brand content experience
- Animation skills, strong visual signature or style
