Sales Assistant & Administrator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven intern to join our team as a Sales Assistant & Administrator. This role is ideal for students passionate about fashion, marketing, and business development. You will work closely with our President & Chief Stylist, Samuel Pizzo, gaining invaluable experience in sales strategy, client relations, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the President to high-profile client meetings and sales appointments.
  • Represent Gold Coast Bespoke at networking events and fashion shows.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and newsletters.
  • Understand and implement the sales cycle from initial contact to transaction completion.
  • Manage inventory, prepare orders, and merchandise the sales office.
  • Assist in establishing partnerships with brands in real estate, law, and finance sectors.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Collaborate on HR functions: drafting job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding new team members.

  • Available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for events.
