Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer


As a Graphic Designer in our Marketing Communications team, you will support a wide range of marketing and branding efforts—from packaging, brochures and flyers, digital campaigns, social media content and product launches.  It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects while being part of a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, Team Supervisor, this is a full-time position located at our scenic campus (complete with free parking and woodland walking trails!), in Center Township, PA - 20 minutes north of Pittsburgh International Airport

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing materials: brochures, ads, packaging, trade show graphics, signage, digital assets, and more
  • Create visuals for email campaigns, social media, and website content in alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product management, and other internal teams to develop clear, consistent, and impactful visual communications.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production
  • Support product launches and campaigns with creative design solutions
  • Provide visual input for videos, animations, and instructional materials
  • Confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

Skills and experience 

  • Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and color theory, including packaging
  • Experience in designing both print and digital collateral
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical content into engaging visual design
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Precision and consistency in every aspect of design and production

Education

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
