Customer Success Specialist

FactCite markets award-winning research databases by subscription to school districts across the country. Our dedicated and enthusiastic team provides personal attention to librarians, teachers, and students to ensure that they succeed in using the FactCite collection of databases, at school or from anywhere, on any device.

FactCite is based in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. FactCite subscriptions are growing steadily and the subscriber base is loyal.

In this position, you will be part of a small team that interacts directly with subscribers and prospective subscribers (librarians and school district technology directors). You will contribute your skills and ideas to design effective campaigns to market to and engage librarians, teachers, and technology directors in schools of all types.

In this position, you will:

Use FileMaker Pro database to support onboarding of new subscribers and follow up with renewing subscribers
Use FileMaker Pro database to nurture prospective subscribers
Manage all activities related to conference exhibits (approximately 20 per year, virtual and in-person)
Design campaigns to promote database usage throughout the school year
Support email marketing, lead generation, and conversion
Monitor and watch for ways to improve everything, including webinar platform and email marketing services, conference displays, giveaways, and other aspects of interaction with subscribers and prospects

Requirements

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Computer literate with a demonstrated aptitude for learning software
Outgoing, curious, enthusiastic and excited about being part of a small business serving teachers, librarians, and students
Bachelor's degree preferred
