What you’ll bring to the team:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or multi-site field support role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-moving environment

• Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar is a plus

• Experience in retail, QSR, car wash, or franchise environments is a bonus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Sheets, Excel

• Adaptability and critical thinking

• Team-oriented mindset

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

• Comfortable with being outside during site visit

• This position requires up to 25% travel

• Travel may include regional and national trips for meetings, site visits, or training

• Occasional evening or weekend travel may be required

What you’ll be doing:

El Car Wash is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing programs across our growing network of locations.

This role is equal parts production support, field enablement, operational coordination, and customer experience alignment— perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our marketing campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and in full support of both our field teams and our members.

Production Management

• Coordinate the creation, ordering, and distribution of printed marketing materials including site signage, banners, POP kits, and promotional assets.

• Support new store openings and special events with branded materials and promotional items.

Field Support

• Serve as a go-to marketing resource for Site Managers, AVPs, and RMs to support promotions, activations, and local marketing efforts.

• Ensure stores are equipped with the right tools and collateral to drive brand consistency and member engagement.

Marketing Operations

• Support campaign planning and execution through project scheduling, vendor coordination, and internal status tracking.

• Manage marketing-related invoices, purchase orders, and budget documentation in collaboration with accounting.

Customer Experience (CX) Liaison

• Collaborate with the CX team to ensure alignment on campaign messaging and timing.

• Help drive improvements to the customer journey by ensuring marketing and service touchpoints are aligned.
