Marketing Manager – We Sell Restaurants

We Sell Restaurants, the nation’s leading business broker franchise focused exclusively on restaurant sales, is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee national marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, franchise growth, and buyer/seller engagement. About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will develop, coordinate, and execute marketing programs that align with the company’s national objectives and directly support our franchise network. This role reports to the executive leadership team and collaborates across departments to ensure our brand voice, content, and campaigns consistently support our mission: To Sell More Restaurants Than Anyone Else. Period.

This is an in-office role at our headquarters in Palm Coast, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels to support brand growth, franchise development, and lead generation
  • Manage content creation, including blogs, video scripts, email campaigns, and social media posts, in coordination with internal team members and external vendors
  • Oversee the company’s presence on social media, ensuring brand consistency and engagement growth across platforms
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to secure national media placements and support ongoing visibility efforts
  • Support franchise partners with localized marketing efforts and campaign guidance
  • Leverage HubSpot to manage email marketing, contact segmentation, workflows, and performance reporting
  • Monitor SEO performance and assist in implementing optimization strategies in collaboration with the SEO team
  • Analyze marketing metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing support for new listings, franchise launches, and events

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to franchise, real estate, or service-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Solid writing and editing skills across multiple formats (social, email, blog, video)
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and execution
