We are currently looking to add an Account Manager to our Brittany Lovio State Farm team!  Both FT and PT candidates will be considered.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be new to the sales field but possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. You will have the chance to develop your skills, build client relationships, and contribute to our company's success while enjoying a supportive environment that encourages professional development. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods (calls, emails, social media).
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and participate in team meetings to share insights and ideas.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the agency.
  • Continuously seek to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
