Junior Associate

Position Title:           Junior Associate

Location:                    Washington, DC

Start Date:                   June 2025



 

The Frost Group is seeking a full-time, salaried Junior Associate to join our team based in Washington, DC.  We are a premier political consulting firm specializing in campaign, PAC, and non-profit fundraising.  For more information on our team, please visit our website here.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help with fundraising operations including fundraising event logistics, staff call time, schedule donor meetings, prepare client memos, and keep excellent record-keeping for clients
  • Facilitate the check processing operation, maintain donor databases, and research prospective donors
  • Work closely and collaboratively with team members at The Frost Group, campaign staff, and campaign consultants

 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time-management skills
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, NGP, ActBlue, and Microsoft Office

 

Compensation + benefits:

  • Pay: Salary is commensurate with experience
  • Healthcare plan: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision
  • Retirement plan: after 6 months of employment, FG will contribute 3% of your monthly salary into a 401k and up to an additional 3% in matching funds
