Retail Operations Intern

The Retail Operations Intern will support our Operations Manager and team, who support our Boutique's in North America. This is the perfect role for anyone interested in operations management, store management, and retail. We are open to all majors and welcome all applicants interested in the luxury world of Breitling!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• General administrative support –
  • cleaning up some of our files
  • Collateral orders (monthly)
  • NFC card management
• Uniform allocation
  • helping to organize uniform distribution to the Retail network once uniforms arrive (Est Oct)
• Monthly reporting
  • Smart Events
  • Flash report
  • Tracking for reporting
• Holiday season
  • GWP allocations
  • Christmas Holiday uniform allocation
  • Collateral
    • Shopping bags distro
    • Holiday cards
• New Store opening support (prep work)
  • Minneapolis
  • Jacksonville

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma
• Highly organized
• Software experience in Microsoft- Excel and Powerpoint
