Administrative Support Intern

About the Internship

LifeWorks is looking for an Administrative Support Intern for the Fall 2025 semester. In this role, you’ll assist with high-level administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination and correspondence. This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, executive support, and organizational leadership.

 

This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual with excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Those who apply must currently be enrolled in school and receiving class credit. Compensation for this position will be a stipend of $825.00.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide calendar management support for executive leaders, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings including making room reservations, ordering/setting up refreshments and/or preparing materials.
  • Maintain an organized system of digital files and records for executive use.

Who We’re Looking For

 

  • Current student or recent graduate in communications, public relations, nonprofit management, public administration, business or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
