CareYaya is partnering with pediatrics clinics to offer a Pediatrics-Focused Internship for pre-health students. This unique role gives you direct experience with pediatric health needs of patients in both home and clinic-based settings.

Unlike shadowing-only roles, this internship is interactive, educational, and well-paid. It’s designed specifically for undergraduates or post-bacc students on the pre-med, pre-PA, nursing, or pre-health track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in observing and documenting common conditions in pediatrics settings
• Provide hands-on care in non-invasive ways under supervision, including skin moisturizing regimens, wound care follow-ups, and hygiene education
• Support physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician associates with intake and tracking of pediatrics concerns during home visits or community clinics
• Help educate families on preventive health and proper care techniques
• Participate in weekly training calls and mentorship sessions with CareYaya’s clinical advisory team
