Sample Fabrication Technician

Job Summary:  Fabricate, assemble and ship a high quality sample of all Inpro products to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Primary Duties:

1. Inform team leader when inventory levels fall below established stocking levels.
2. Cut, fabricate and assemble all components required to make finish product samples.
3. Assemble literature, binders and color rings for inclusion with sample requests.
4. Ship all samples as requested by sales.
5. All other duties as assigned.

• Ability to demonstrate the following:
• Ship a high quality product.
• Maintain communication with all departments throughout the organization.
• Assist in training of new sample department employees.
• To meet or exceed customer expectations.

Specifications:

• Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals in a clear, concise manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to use power equipment (including saws and hand tools).
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to obtain forklift/power lift certification.

Job Relationship:

• Reports directly to the Sample Team Leader.
• Assist in communication between departments throughout the organization.

Authority:

• Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
• To support company policies and procedures.
• Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.

Hours and Location: 

• Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI
• Tuesday - Friday; 6:00am - 4:00pm
