Account Manager

Account Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site – Local candidates only)

Delet.com is a fast-growing proptech startup seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our client relationships with property management companies.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in B2B account management, preferably within the real estate or technology sectors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or customer success
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area and able to work on-site
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property management clients
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth implementation process
  • Conduct regular account reviews and proactively address client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand client use of our platform and services
  • Maintain accurate records and track account performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and account tracking tools
  • Ability to provide strategic input based on client feedback
