Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site – Local candidates only)
Delet.com is a fast-growing proptech startup seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our client relationships with property management companies.
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in B2B account management, preferably within the real estate or technology sectors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or customer success
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area and able to work on-site
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property management clients
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth implementation process
- Conduct regular account reviews and proactively address client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to expand client use of our platform and services
- Maintain accurate records and track account performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM software and account tracking tools
- Ability to provide strategic input based on client feedback
