Position Overview
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for general ledger management, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and supporting key system and audit initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain the company’s system of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Generate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports
  • Support fixed asset accounting and payroll journal entries
  • Assist with ERP system implementation and RFQ processes
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s financial integrity

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
  • 5–10 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Proficiency in financial systems and modern accounting software (ERP experience highly preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to flexible work schedules when needed
