Temporary Administrative Assistant – Summer Role (30 hrs/week, On-Site)

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Organize office supplies and assist with general admin tasks
  • Schedule meetings and support calendar coordination
  • Help with data entry, filing, and internal communications
  • Assist with company events and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work on-site in Houston ~30 hours/week during business hours
  • No prior experience required — just bring a great attitude!

🗓 Duration: 2–3 months
📍 Location: On-site in Houston, TX (Near Galleria Mall)
💵 Pay: $20/hour
