About the Role: Payments Specialist
As a Payment Specialist, you will manage and coordinate the payment and program fee processes across our strategic consulting programs. Your work will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in client payments—playing a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall financial health of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy according to agreed schedules
- Reconcile client accounts regularly, promptly resolving discrepancies
- Serve as a point of contact for client payment inquiries, delivering excellent support and customer service
- Maintain accurate, organized records of payment transactions and client financial data
- Prepare and distribute regular payment reports to internal teams and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Collaborate closely with our Strategists and Consultants to streamline payment processes and optimize efficiency
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of payment processing practices and relevant financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; CRM experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills—able to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
- A positive attitude, hunger for success, and eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to take ownership and improve processes
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
