Digital Marketing + Sales Associate – Life Sciences Industry
We are seeking a Sales & Digital Marketing Associate with experience in the life sciences industry to support our growing team. This role is critical in building and integrating digital systems that align with our business processes—from lead generation to quoting, order submission, results delivery, invoicing, and customer service tickets.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a strong understanding of how to connect and optimize systems such as CRM, customer portals, marketing automation tools, project management software, and ticketing platforms. You will help us design and implement a unified, user-friendly experience for both internal teams and external clients, centralizing communication and workflow within our customer portal.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Integration & Digital Workflow Development:
– Lead the integration of HubSpot with platforms such as Qbench, Monday.com, QuickBooks, and our customer portal.
– Create streamlined workflows to manage the full lifecycle from lead to invoice and service.
• Digital Marketing:
– Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
– Support trade show planning, promotional content creation, and targeted outreach.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support:
– Identify and nurture new prospects through digital campaigns, cold outreach, and CRM automation.
– Provide the sales team with real-time insights, reports, and tools to track pipeline performance.
– Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to support sales and marketing decisions.
• Market Research & Strategy:
– Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Serve as a bridge between the sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to support growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Portal & Customer Experience Optimization:
– Enhance the client-facing experience by improving access to quotes, orders, CoAs, invoices, and support tickets through the customer portal.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service to align systems and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry.
- Experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, automation, integrations).
- Familiarity with Qbench, Monday.com, QuickBooks, and service ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort working with data, digital tools, and process improvement.
