Brand Infrastructure and Operations

Title: Studio Intern – Brand Infrastructure & Operations
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week
Compensation: Paid stipend (monthly, based on experience)

Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who loves building systems behind the scenes. You’ll help structure our internal workflows, refine how content and client delivery happens, and ensure everything runs smoothly across our brands. Think: SOP creation, tracker maintenance, project management tools, and backend brand infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop SOPs and content workflows in Notion or Google Docs
  • Build and maintain Airtable trackers (content production, internship marketplace, roadmap tracking)
  • Help streamline client onboarding, email templates, and internal processes
  • Track progress on key goals across teams and ensure follow-through
  • Support special projects (e.g. CRM, studio dashboard, weekly check-ins)

Ideal Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable building in Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
  • Systems thinker who enjoys cleaning up complexity
  • Interested in branding, operations, or project management
