🎯 What You’ll Do
• Own outbound prospecting: 70+ touches/day (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
• Qualify inbound leads & book 15–20 high-quality demos/month
• Manage & optimize cadences in HubSpot/Salesforce + Outreach/Salesloft
• Track/report on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates & pipeline velocity
• Collaborate with Product Marketing & Founders to sharpen messaging & ICP
• Run A/B tests to identify top-performing sequences
• Surface real-time prospect feedback to drive product enhancements
🧩 What You Bring
• 0–3 years post-grad with 1–2 years in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR or growth role (e-commerce/retail tech a plus)
• Proven track record: hit/exceeded quota (e.g. 20–30 SQLs/mo)
• High-velocity hunter: thrives on multi-touch outreach
• CRM & sales-engagement tools ninja (HubSpot or Salesforce + Outreach/Salesloft)
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics & A/B testing
• Coachable, resilient, proactive—a true startup operator
• Tech-savvy: eager to learn and demo complex e-commerce workflows
• Located in—or able to work PST hours with 1 days/week in our San Jose HQ (remote also ok)
Nice to have:
• Experience selling into Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce ecosystems
• Exposure to ABM strategies & tools
• Basic analytics chops (Google Analytics, Looker, ChartMogul)
• Multilingual or international outreach experience
