Internship Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our team remotely. You’ll work closely with our production staff on the development and execution of political media content, gaining firsthand experience in video production, post-production coordination, and digital media workflows.

This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in politics, media production, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist production team with pre-production tasks, including research, script prep, and asset gathering
  • Support virtual and in-person shoots (as applicable) through scheduling, logging footage, and note-taking
  • Help manage post-production workflow: organizing files, QCing videos, and prepping deliverables
  • Contribute to editing social-first content (if skilled in Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
  • Collaborate with creative and strategic teams on storyboarding and visual concepts
  • Stay up-to-date with current political and cultural events relevant to our clients and content

     

Qualifications

  • Interest in political campaigns, media, and storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
    Basic familiarity with video production and post-production tools a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com, Google Suite, is a plus
