Program Coordinator - Early Learning
General Information
Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Program Coordinator - Early Learning position. This position requires an Oregon Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) Professional Administrator license. Successful candidate will work as a member of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 260-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin July 1, 2025.
Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications
Coordinators manage one or more programs or administrative technical functions, including related supporting programs, where the qualifications require management knowledge and administrative ability to carry out the objectives and goals of the agency.
This position provides leadership to staff in the WESD service areas within Marion, Polk and
Yamhill Counties. Individual must have prior administrative experience with a focus on Early
Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education. Coordinators may perform related work as required.

Salary and Benefits
- This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) administrative/non-represented position.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD administrative salary schedule, $112,774 - $137,207 will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience, and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period.
