Sales Lead Specialist

  • Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and secure meetings.
  • Research prospective companies to identify decision-makers and understand their corporate tax environment.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Corptax’s ideal customer profile.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings for the assigned RSM, handing off qualified leads seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and meeting outcomes within NetSuite / Salesforce CRMs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and campaign strategy.
  • Stay informed on Corptax products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to tailor conversations effectively.
  • Contribute to pipeline development goals by consistently achieving outreach and appointment-setting benchmarks.
