OWN REAL ESTATE is a successful, locally owned real estate agency based in Central Maine. With over 14 years of experience, we’re known for providing exceptional service and community-driven values. We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy college student to join us as a Digital Marketing & Media Intern.

Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity for a student interested in digital marketing, branding, and social media. You’ll work directly with the owner/broker to support our online presence and community engagement efforts. This internship offers real-world experience in content creation, SEO, video editing, and event marketing—ideal for anyone pursuing a career in marketing, digital media, or communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Boost SEO and enhance online branding for OWN REAL ESTATE

Create and edit short videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Support content strategy for social media and email marketing

Assist in planning and promoting local events and client appreciation initiatives

Design marketing materials including flyers, social posts, and email graphics

Track campaign performance and suggest areas for growth

What We’re Looking For:

Enrolled in a college program (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related)

Familiar with digital tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of SEO and platforms like Squarespace or WordPress

Strong written and visual communication skills

Creative thinker who’s organized and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
