Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the attendee list.
- Collect and assemble pertinent meeting materials.
- Create, print, and organize name badges and cards for guests.
- Organize event-related materials.
- Provide on-site meeting support and complete any additional tasks as assigned.
- Operate fluidly across a team, using high-touch customer service and communication skills.
