Marketing Coordinator
Treya Partners is a management consulting firm that provides strategic sourcing and spend management advisory services to private equity firms. Treya offers an exciting, high-growth environment in which junior team members have the opportunity to work directly with industry veterans from top-tier consulting firms, be involved with multiple aspects of a growing business, and work directly with the top private equity firms in North America.
As Treya continues to grow, we are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our brand presence, thought leadership, and client engagement efforts.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting marketing strategies, campaigns, digital outreach, content creation, and event planning. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with sales leadership and client teams to help position Treya Partners as a market leader in procurement and operations consulting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage content calendar and support the creation of blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content
- Coordinate logistics and marketing for webinars, conferences, and other events
- Maintain and update Treya’s website and social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support email marketing initiatives via HubSpot
- Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs to assess performance, suggest improvements, and present to leadership team
- Assist with internal communications and branding initiatives
- Conduct competitive and market research as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset with the ability to take projects and initiatives from the creative stage to the execution stage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and Hubspot marketing automation
- Experience managing LinkedIn company page and LinkedIn paid advertising
- Familiarity with B2B consulting or private equity industries
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc..)

Professional Experience. At least 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing position is strongly preferred.
Education. Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
