What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated professional to intern under the direction of the Help Desk Manager, assisting in day-to-day management and support of the Society’s business systems and infrastructure. The IT Intern will aid as needed with supporting end-users and administration of infrastructure systems.

What you'll do:
- Assist with end-user support tickets and issues.
- Assist with maintaining software/hardware inventory systems.
- Assist with maintenance of network infrastructure systems.
- Assist with managing and maintaining Windows/Linux server systems.
- Assist in creation of IT related documentation.
- Assist with AV setups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Knowledge of general networking technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
