Internship Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Customer Success & Marketing Intern (AI Product) to join our team in Allentown this summer. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to customer engagement, marketing initiatives, and industry events, all while working at the forefront of legal technology.

Key Responsibilities

Support customer success by attending and assisting with client calls and documenting key interactions

Represent Trivent Legal at trade shows, conferences, and networking events, supporting event logistics and booth interactions

Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media support, content research, and promotional material development

Help track and organize customer feedback and update CRM tools

Join team meetings and provide input on client communication and event strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional, approachable, and excited to engage with clients

Interest in legal tech, marketing, or customer engagement

Organized, proactive, and a quick learner

Event or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or similar platforms is preferred
