About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Asset Intern to help organize and tag images in our visual asset bank (Air.inc). In this role, you’ll help bring structure to how we store and access images across multiple brands—improving searchability, tagging consistency, and future performance tracking.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how creative operations work behind the scenes and to support a growing team that works across fashion, e-commerce, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Tag and organize assets in Air.inc by:

  • Season (e.g., FW25, SS26)
  • Shoe category (e.g., Open Dress, Boot, Sneaker)
  • Visual performance rating (based on marketing potential)

• Follow established naming conventions and tagging systems

• Flag duplicates, missing tags, or improperly named files

• Support a clean, searchable library used across brands and teams

• Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure accurate labeling

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to follow systems, structure, and naming logic

• Interest in fashion, branding, creative production, or marketing

• Comfortable working independently and asking clarifying questions

• Familiarity with Dropbox or digital file storage tools is a plus

Why Join Us?

• Get exposure to multi-brand fashion and creative operations

• Learn how structured systems support creative and marketing teams

• Make an impact on a foundational project that will support cross-functional teams for seasons to come

📍 This is a paid, temporary internship located in Draper, Utah, with an estimated duration of 1 month.
