Administrative/Marketing Intern Duties
- Edit and administer company documents such as reports, proposals, resumes, project sheets.
- Update database.
- Assist with scheduling office needs such as lunch and learn seminars, meetings/conference room calendars, business travel, document shipping, and car rentals.
- Keep company records maintained through sign in/out sheets, and car mileage logs.
- Cover reception area including phone calls.
- Document and order office materials when necessary.
- Assist with new employee onboarding when necessary.
- Order food for company events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Adobe InDesign a bonus
- English or Marketing Major preferred
- Strong Editing Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Knowledge of the Engineering Industry preferred
