We’re currently hiring part-time Sales Interns who are looking to grow into future Project Consultants. This internship is a hands-on, paid opportunity designed for individuals who are ready to work hard, develop professional skills, and lay the foundation for a high-earning career. You don’t need prior experience, we hire for attitude and train for skill. If you’re coachable, energetic, and eager to learn, we’ll support your growth every step of the way.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, meeting homeowners, showcasing our kitchen, bathroom, and window solutions, and helping them make confident, informed decisions. You’ll gain firsthand sales experience, build your confidence, and earn uncapped commissions while you do it.

Training starts at our Portage office, and yes, training is paid. If you live in our service area, relocation is not required after training. We’ll even show you real data from our current team so you can see for yourself what our consultants are earning on average and what’s possible with focus and effort.

Project Consultants at SIR Home Improvements earn between $90,000 and $250,000 per year, with first-year average earnings between $90,000 and $120,000. As a Sales Intern, you’ll have a clear path to step into that role.

*Meet with homeowners in person and demonstrate our product solutions
*Deliver our proven sales presentation and help customers feel confident in their choices
*Guide them through the next steps and close the sale
*Represent our company professionally and proudly
*Build your skills in communication, sales, leadership, and problem solving

Compensation and Benefits
