
Customer Service Representative
The California Conservatory of Music is the Bay Area’s leading music school. We currently have locations in Sunnyvale and Redwood City and serve nearly 1,400 students and families. We are searching for a full-time or part-time customer service representative to work with our great team!
The ideal candidate is a clear and effective communicator who feels comfortable talking with kids and parents, has good excel skills, and is an independent worker. Daily tasks include talking to prospective students about our program, helping our teachers with scheduling, and our current customers with any issues they might have.
Qualifications:
- Must live in the Bay Area and be able to work in Redwood City and Sunnyvale
- Excellent verbal and written skills (in English)
- A strong work ethic
- Customer service experience
- Experience with MailChimp, Google Drive or Excel, and Google Calendar.
Job Duties:
- Answering Phones
- Registering Clients
- Scheduling Clients
- Minimal office cleaning (taking out trash, vacuuming)
- Emailing customers and staff
