Start Date: May–June 2025
Duration: 8–12 weeks
Compensation: School credit, resume-building experience, free product (with potential for future paid work)

About Us:
Over the Top is a bold new food brand making everyday meals more exciting with freeze-dried meats and toppings you can add to ramen, rice, mac and cheese, and more. We’re building something fun, useful, and unexpected—think Immi, Fly By Jing, Chomps, and Liquid Death.

We’re launching soon and looking for a creative, reliable intern to help us build our brand voice, grow our online presence, and connect with our early fans.

What You’ll Do:

Support weekly social content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)

Assist with email content creation and storytelling

Help shape our launch strategy (pre-orders, campaigns, and giveaways)

Organize user-generated content, influencer outreach, or ambassador tests

Join brainstorms and test ideas that feel fun, bold, and “over the top”

Track what’s working and suggest improvements

What You’ll Gain:

Direct mentorship from the founder

Experience launching a real startup in the food/CPG world

Content, strategy, and campaign work you can actually put in your portfolio

A close look at how small brands grow big

Free product, a flexible schedule, and a chance to stay on if we click

Who You Are:

Interested in food, branding, and storytelling

Confident writing or creating content (you don’t have to be perfect—just ready to learn)

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (or willing to learn)

Curious, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Bonus: experience with CapCut, Mailchimp, Webflow, or content scheduling tools

How to Apply:
Send us a short note (2–4 sentences) on why this caught your eye. Include any writing samples, TikToks, class projects, or even your own content work. A resume is welcome, but not required—we care more about your energy and ideas.
