Intern – Brand Marketing

The Role 

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join us this summer. If you’re creative, curious, organized, and interested in how brand, design, and strategy come together in a real-world business setting—this is for you.

 

You’ll be working directly with our Director of Brand Marketing and our executive team supporting projects across digital marketing, brand design, and event strategy. We’re a Microsoft-based organization, so comfort with tools like PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive is helpful. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll show you the ropes. But you do need to be a self-starter, comfortable asking questions, and excited to learn.

 

What You'll Do

· Supporting the development of digital assets (social, email, web, presentation)

· Helping prep for internal and client-facing events

· Updating brand and marketing collateral using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools

· Creating PowerPoint presentations and organizing materials in Microsoft SharePoint

· Assisting with our event calendar and coordinating related marketing needs

· Posting and organizing social media content

· Help update our website, organize digital assets, and maintain consistency across all channels

· Collaborating with our digital marketing agency to provide needed assets and feedback

· Sending marketing documentation and materials to print vendors

· Assisting in the creation and ordering of branded swag and giveaways

· Sitting in on brainstorms, vendor meetings, and strategy sessions

· Researching industry trends and organizing marketing reports

· Pitching in wherever we need an extra creative hand

 

Who You Are

· Dallas local and excited to work in-office

· You're naturally curious and love asking “why” before diving into “how”

· You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few projects at once

· You’re proactive—comfortable working independently, but you love being part of a team

· You communicate clearly and know how to ask good questions

· You’re not afraid of tight turnarounds or rolling up your sleeves

· You’ve got an eye for good design and a feel for strong branding

· You’re excited to contribute in a real, meaningful way—and learn a ton in the process

 

Qualifications/Bonus Points

· Interest in brand, marketing, graphic design, and/or digital storytelling

· Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

· Bonus if you’ve worked in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

· Great communicator, strong attention to detail, organized thinker

· Comfortable with feedback and tight turnarounds

· Curious, collaborative, and eager to contribute in a real way

· Have worked on a campus organization, personal project, or design portfolio

· Have experience with social media content or email platforms

 

Details

· Paid internship at $15.00/hour

· Part-time (approx. 10–15 hours/week), flexible schedule

· Internship runs June to August 2025

· On-site in Rambler Park building, located off 75 and Walnut Hill
