Customer Experience Associate

As the Customer Experience Associate, you will provide and deliver exceptional service to our customers while creating a luxury experience. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to “do the right thing.” You will have a passion for service, design and home furnishings. As a Customer Experience Associate, you must have a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide a luxury experience for the RH customer
- Develop and maintain an aptitude and knowledge of our products, processes, and systems
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional partners
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Resolve issues promptly, both independently and collaboratively
- Drive customer satisfaction and revenue through product knowledge and unparalleled service
- Meet or exceed goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must possess poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Possess an outstanding ability to listen and respond to customer needs
- Represents the RH standard of customer service
- Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels including email and phone
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating across multiple systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Resourceful, creative problem solver
- Driven to meet and exceed goals and customer expectations
- Must prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Open to learning and developing new skills and processes
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: including some weekends, evenings, and key event days
