The Marketing Communications Manager will play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and alignment across all NHMS marketing channels. This individual will own the development of customer-facing and internal materials—from sharp website copy and brochures to social media content and sales enablement tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and clinical teams to tell compelling stories that reflect the value of our solutions and the voice of our brand.
This is an ideal role for a versatile content creator and communicator with strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and a passion for healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit website content, including service, product, and educational pages
- Develop clear, impactful sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and product guides
- Plan and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) aligned with strategic campaigns
- Draft and distribute internal and external newsletters
- Support product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns with branded content
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand standards across all touchpoints
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, clinical affairs, and leadership to support business goals
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing communications or content creation role
(Healthcare, biotech, or B2B experience strongly preferred) - Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content calendars, and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
