Regional Sales Executive

Adelphia Seafood, a leading regional seafood distributor, is expanding our wholesale sales team and currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business and support existing accounts across our service areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospecting and generating leads for the development of new B2B sales opportunities in the wholesale seafood market
- Identify, acquire, and close new accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell potential
- Work closely with the sales team to expand the regional sales performance
- Ensure a high level of customer service and follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals
- Energetic, professional, and goal-driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Highly organized and tech-savvy with solid computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Food industry sales experience is a big plus
