Must Have

  • Technical understanding of Raw Material Information forms
  • Expertise in chemistry, polymer data and botanicals data requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Leadership skills to conduct daily meeting, capture status and guide next steps
  • Confidence to escalate issues to management
  • Expert knowledge of Enovia and SRI tool for raw material searching.

Nice To Have

  • Expertise in Excel tools

Duties

  • Entry level for employees who develop proficiency in R&D Procedural work and expertise in Application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve technical problems.
  • Delivers technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain the lab equipment.
  • They test, monitor, and keep detailed logs of the experiments.
