The Opportunity
We're looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our fully remote sales force. This is a commission-based role where you'll work with warm, pre-screened leads—no cold calls required. Your mission will be to guide families through their insurance options and help them make informed decisions about protecting their future.

Your Role Will Include

Hosting virtual consultations with clients over Zoom

Explaining life insurance plans and their benefits

Recommending customized coverage based on client needs

Completing policy applications and maintaining client follow-up

Hitting individual performance targets on a weekly and monthly basis
