Project Coordinator

Title: Project Coordinator 

Entry Pay: $47,000-$52,000 per year

Coordinates and assigns technician schedules as relates to repair and maintenance services.

Communicates with technicians, owners, managers and customers with regular updates. 

Ensures projects are completed within timelines. 

Ensures reports are completed and submitted to customer.

Collaborates with owners, managers and technicians.

Assists in securing parts, equipment and supplies for on-site technicians. 

Assists in capturing data related to project and company KPIs. 

Participates in trainings and meetings. 

Maintains the highest level of customer service, trust and integrity. 

Supports the MRES mission, vision, core values, company policies and procedures. 

Must be organized, efficient, autonomous, flexible, solution driven, and have strong computer and customer service skills. 

Prefer Bachelor’s Degree or history of applicable experiences.
