Human Resources Generalist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level Human Resources Generalist to join our team and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will work under the leadership of the HR Director while being exposed to various disciplines within the HR function. This individual must possess strong organizational skills, a passion for people, and an understanding of HR systems.
Duties
- Assist with recruiting and social media marketing
- Develop onboarding plans for new hires
- Develop and manage employee communication tools
- Utilize Paycom HRIS for data analysis and reporting
- Reconcile monthly benefit reports
- Coordinate company events, lunches and trainings
- Partner with HR Director in professional development and strategic planning
- Promote company at job fairs and trade schools
- Assist with benefit administration and communication including 401K enrollment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Flexible with changing priorities.
- Desire to work with people
- Experience working in Human Resources through internship and/or Co-op
