Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our in-person support team in Manassas, VA. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to launch a career in IT. Training will be provided – no prior MSP experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and printer issues
Log and document support tickets, escalating as needed to Tier 2/3
Set up and configure new workstations and user accounts
Assist with basic network and system monitoring tasks
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
Qualifications:
Strong interest in IT and technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general networking concepts (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced MSP environment
