Inventory Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Inventory Data Entry Clerk to review inventory operations, track orders, and oversee assembly processes within our manufacturing and installation business. The ideal candidate will bridge inventory and production processes and close any gaps between. 

Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
Review weekly physical inventory counts, update counts with system data. 


Verify and accurately enter inventory bills into QuickBooks.


Order and Material Oversight:
Oversee orders for deliveries, pickups, and installations, ensuring all relevant details (e.g., company name, sales order number, delivery/pickup time) are recorded.


Review material quantities, styles, and colors.


Assembly and Production Support:
Build assemblies in QuickBooks based on production use, ensuring all parts and measurements are correct.


Accounts Payable and Price Verification:
Confirm pricing for jobs sold to ensure adherence to established thresholds.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies related to measurements or pricing.


Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:
Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a similar role in manufacturing is a plus.


Skills:
Proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data management.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred, but training can be provided.
