Your job as a helper will be to assist the carpet or hard surface installer to the best of your ability. You will perform duties like driving a company vehicle to different locations, carrying heavy loads of flooring material, cutting material, cleaning and following instruction.

In order to perform this job correctly you will need to be punctual, committed, and diligent. we have many people who have been installers with us for over 30 years. hard work and commitment goes a long way in this company and you will be benefited more the longer your career with Franeys lasts.

MUST HAVE A VALID AND CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE, and able to be insured on company vehicles.

You must be eager to learn, and learn a skill for long term employment

No experience required.

Will need to have a strong back and knees.

Have the ability to pass a drug test.

Needs to be flexible to possible weekends and later night work hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
