Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with SupplyOne’s brand and business goals

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok)

Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content and campaigns

Track analytics and generate monthly reports on performance, reach, engagement, and growth

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to highlight campaigns, customer success stories, and industry news

Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships

Stay up to date with social media best practices and emerging trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategies

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
