As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in fueling our company's growth by generating qualified leads and building our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing targeted demand generation and lead generation campaigns, primarily leveraging email sequences and LinkedIn outreach. This is an excellent opportunity to learn foundational sales and marketing skills, work with cutting-edge tools, and contribute directly to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of demand generation strategies to build awareness and interest in our products/services.
- Lead Generation Campaign Management: Design, build, and manage targeted lead generation campaigns utilizing Apollo's email marketing and LinkedIn.
- Email Sequence Creation: Develop compelling and personalized email sequences to nurture prospects and drive engagement.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to potential leads on LinkedIn, building connections and initiating conversations.
- List Building and Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences based on industry, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaboration with Consulting Partners: Work closely with Consulting Partners who are involved in Sales cycles to align on strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions within our CRM system (Apollo).
- Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and demand generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Sales Engagement and Intelligence systems is a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn about our industry.
Bonus Points:
- Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Experience with LinkedIn and/or Apollo.
- Familiarity with marketing automation principles.
