Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engagement & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media engagement, affiliate partnerships, and content strategy. You will play a key role in growing our brand’s online presence, interacting with our audience, and maintaining up-to-date digital content.
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media & Engagement:
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions to engage with our audience.
- Track social media analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliates to expand our reach.
Affiliate & Partner Relations:
- Maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media contacts.
- Track affiliate performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in managing affiliate marketing programs, including outreach, onboarding, and communication.
Press & Media Requests:
- Respond to incoming media inquiries and assist with coordinating press opportunities.
- Maintain a media contact list and track press coverage.
- Research and present potential PR opportunities, including partnerships and guest features.
Website & Digital Content Management:
- Update website product listings, blog posts, and landing pages as needed.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling newsletters.
- Manage and maintain digital assets in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all files are properly tagged, cataloged, and organized for easy retrieval.
Customer Feedback & Reviews:
- Help manage customer feedback, reviews and ratings across e-commerce platforms to ensure positive brand perception.
Additional Support Duties as Needed:
- Market Research: Conduct online market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences that help inform marketing strategies.
- Promotions: Support in coordinating various promotional activities: sales events, new product launches and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
- Display Advertising / Retail Media: Assist in creating and optimizing display ads to strengthen brand awareness, build impressions and drive traffic.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Assist in managing and tracking (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), campaigns to optimize key metrics like clicks, impressions, and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or direct coursework) in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and website content management (Shopify a plus).
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
