  • Position Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you'll start by mastering the fundamentals of client acquisition and customer relationship building. From there, you’ll gain leadership training and have the opportunity to advance into roles that involve team management, strategy, and client expansion.

  •  What You’ll Do

-Represent clients through face-to-face interactions with customers

-Learn and execute sales strategies with hands-on mentorship

-Build long-term customer relationships and drive client growth

-Collaborate with a high-energy team to hit weekly goals

-Participate in leadership development meetings and coaching

-Train to manage small teams and assist in campaign expansion
