Position Overview:
The Account Manager ensures successful service experiences by coordinating, documenting, and communicating essential information to both internal support teams and clientele, alike. The ideal candidate must have a customer-focused, detailed, and priority-driven mindset. Established protocols, procedures, and customized client services management software provide the tools for an Account Manager to work collaboratively with the operations team, to ensure clients’ service needs are effectively scheduled, thoroughly reviewed, and successfully completed to fortify client relationship-building, continued opportunities and growth.
Job Duties:
Responsible for communicating with clients, collecting, reviewing, storing, and corresponding important service details using customized client management software, liaising with internal teams, and providing accurate service costs / budgets.
Onboarding clients and owning assigned accounts from beginning to end.
Scheduling site walks between field inspectors and clients.
Preparing client proposals for one-time and/or recurring services, setting up services, and working with internal teams to ensure successful transactions.
Serving as client communications liaison, using in-house project management tools.
Maintaining client information in the database, continuously updating client records in real time and proactively updating client information.
Addressing all client questions and providing responses in a timely manner.
Using client portals when assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent.
Highly proven work experience as an account manager or similar role.
Strong execution of account management skills that deliver proven results.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize in a progressive client-centric manner.
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Microsoft, Google, Slack, Filemaker); training will be provided for proprietary software.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, in-house position.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
