Marketing Strategist
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support. This role coordinates marketing projects from concept through completion, collaborating closely with our producers and sales team to deliver impactful marketing communications and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and produce a variety of marketing materials including social media content, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials
- Develop marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions to attract new leads
- Manage and update social media platforms to keep content relevant and engaging
- Collaborate with producers in creative sessions to develop marketing plans that support their sales goals
- Oversee the production process for marketing materials, including revisions, approvals, printing, and distribution
- Track and report on sales results from seminars and paid marketing initiatives
- Gather feedback from internal teams and external partners to refine marketing efforts
- Identify new marketing opportunities and assist in positioning products within the marketplace
- Plan and coordinate sales seminars and annual incentive trips for top producers and sponsors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of marketing/communications experience preferred
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and graphic design coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
